Our Factory

A factory you can name, visit and audit

We have been making supplements since 2018, and the team behind the company has been in this industry for more than 20 years. That is why the first call gets you a real price and a real lead time instead of a range.

Every order runs on our own lines, in our own building, under our own quality system — we are a manufacturer, not a trading company. Ten lines cover capsules, softgels, gummies, tablets and powders, so adding a second dosage form later does not mean qualifying a second supplier.

Our Advantages

Why Buyers Choose Us

GMP & FDA-registered facility
Production runs on audited lines under GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP. Every batch carries its own record: raw material lot, in-process checks and final release data, so any finished bottle traces back to the incoming shipment it came from.
Low minimum order
No full-container commitment to get started. Launch with a small first run, validate the product in your market, then scale volume on the same line and the same formula — so nothing about the product changes when your order size does.
In-house R&D team
Our formulators turn your brief into a stable, cost-controlled specification, then iterate on samples until taste, texture and shelf life hold up. The finished formula is yours to keep.
Wide range of dosage forms
Capsules, softgels, tablets, gummies, powders, liquids and stick sachets under one roof. A multi-format brand line does not need multiple suppliers, and a format switch later does not mean starting the search over.
Complete export documentation
COA and MSDS with every shipment, plus the paperwork your destination market asks for. Labels are reviewed against local rules before printing, which is where most held shipments actually originate.
Flexible terms and logistics
FOB or CIF, T/T or L/C — we work with your forwarder or arrange the booking ourselves. Carton dimensions, pallet patterns and export marks are confirmed in writing before production starts.

How We Work

From Brief to Delivered Pallet

Six stages, each with a named owner and a document you receive before we move to the next.

  1. Step 1 · Brief & compliance review

We confirm your target market, dosage form and label claims, then flag anything that will not clear customs or FDA review.

  2. Step 2 · Raw material sourcing

Actives are quoted against your purity spec. You receive supplier COAs before we purchase.

  3. Step 3 · GMP production

Batch records, in-process checks and line clearance are documented at every step.

  4. Step 4 · Testing & release

Identity, potency, heavy metals and microbial panels run in-house, with third-party verification on request.

  5. Step 5 · Export documentation

COA, MSDS, certificate of origin and market-specific paperwork prepared and checked before booking.

  6. Step 6 · Logistics & traceability

DDP or FOB, direct to your 3PL or Amazon FBA, with batch numbers traceable back to raw material lots.

How to Start a Supplement Brand: Brief to First Pallet

The sequence matters more than the individual steps. Three decisions belong before you contact a factory, and two decisions cause most of the delays that follow. Here is the order that works, and where first-time brands lose weeks.

Manufacturing

Private Label, White Label and Full Custom: Which One to Start With

White label means putting your brand on a formula that already exists; full custom means developing one that does not. Most first-time brands should start near the white label end and earn their way toward custom. Here is what separates the three, and what each costs you in time.

What MOQ Actually Means at a Supplement Factory

Minimum order quantity is not a sales policy you can argue down. It is three separate floors — equipment batch size, raw material purchase units and packaging print runs — and only one of them is negotiable. Knowing which is which is how you get a lower number.
